Engineer and technical lead, across defense and industry

At Warrant Technologies, I architect the layer that connects legacy defense platforms to a universal command-and-control language. I took that work from Software Developer to Senior Software Engineer, and it covers SDK design, message latency, CI/CD, and cross-functional design reviews with systems engineers.

Before that, I spent four years at Meyer Distributing defining industry data standards, building the ETL pipeline that merged an acquired catalog, and shipping full-stack Angular/.NET apps. I'm interested in AI, architecture, and software that lasts.

A geospatial intelligence platform for real-time entity tracking, link analysis, and alerting.

Problem
Ingest high-throughput feeds, answer spatial queries fast, and push live updates to analysts.
Approach
Protobuf events on Kafka, one entity per canonical identity, PostGIS viewport queries, and a Keycloak clearance ceiling
Result
A containerized platform that streams live positions over WebSocket to a 3D map.

Schemata

A schema language and compiler. Describe a data model once and compile it everywhere, including OpenAPI 3.1 and gRPC as of v2.

Problem
The same model gets hand-maintained in Protobuf, SQL, XSD, and JSON Schema. The copies drift, and each format silently drops things.
Approach
A purpose-built language with a typed IR, where every lossy mapping becomes a diagnostic and diff enforces compatibility rules for each target
Result
One command produces consistent outputs, with importers, migrate, a language server, editor extensions, and Homebrew installs.
